Sadly ever lender wants a slightly different piece of info to log in, so each time you have to recall a slightly different password, is it an email log in or an id, is it a 6 digit password i gave them or a 10 digit one with upper and lower case characters and numbers. Once all lenders introduce this it will save brokers hours and hours and let remember brokers are the real clients!
