A Day Off
Okay might not be well deserved, but today I’m taking a day away from secured loans, websites and telephones and taking a wee wander up Pen-y-Ghent. If you don’t know already Pen-y-Ghent, along with Ingelborough and Whernside, make up the Yorkshire Dales Three Peaks.
I’ve always been a keen walker and just love the way when only yards into a walk you automatically forget about the humdrum.
I might sound sad, but I also feel more ‘alive’ at the top of a big hill or mountain.
