A Blogging Tip?
Zounds…..this Blogging lark takes a lot of ‘getting yer ed around’
I think one thing for certain is that which ever way you initially configure your Blog and no matter how much ‘grey matter’ you burn up deciding on ‘the best way to do things’ - you’ll inevitably change nearly everything after the first few weeks.
The first thing I threw out of the window was the way I’d set up the categories. After the first 15 posts or so, I realised some categories had hardly anything in, whereas two or three had the bulk of my posts. I also decided ‘nested categories’ were a silly idea and far too complicated for someone who’s blasted half their intelligence quota on consuming the likes of Old Speckled Hen.
The next to go was all this numbers malarkey in my URLs. I realised that the only numbers he who we must obeyed likes are on the bottom line of his annual results.
In fact, I annoyed him so much recently, he made me a ’supplemental entry’.
The cheek of the little binarian bounder - after all, he’s only a bunch of strung together 1’s and 0’s
Doesn’t he realise, us matter made mortals have feelings?
