Fireworks at Loanoptions

LoanOptions, the Wilmslow based Secured Loans packager, has announced a dramatic increase in turnover for the first six months of 2006. Loanoptions.co.uk report a 500% increase in turnover, along with a 700% increase in profits.

The success is put down to not only a huge growth in secured loans but is also off the back of having launched a commercial mortgage and bridging finance introducer service at the beginning of the year.

Andy Moody, managing director of Loanoptions.co.uk, said, β€œIn a very short time we have grown from a start up with 2 people with a concept of bringing secured loans to the mortgage intermediary market.”

He added: “Our service promise has seen business boom as more and more intermediaries are very happy for us to help them and their clients. They have recognised the importance of outsourcing non-core activities like secured loans, commercial mortgages and bridging finance, leaving them free to concentrate on their individual core activities.”
